They are not raised like your typical rhinestones , they lay flat on the shirt as like HTV. The amazing light refraction both indoor and out is sure to be a fashion statement for all. 1st apply screenprint transfer at 300 degrees for 7 seconds PEEL HOT. 2nd align Spangle Transfer apply at 300 for 12 seconds and PEEL WARM !( Wait just 5-7 seconds once off press to peel spangle carrier) These combinations can be applied to 100% Cotton | 100% Polyester | Cotton/Polyester Blends
