Fitness Coach here. Ive owned many benches over the years. I literally only got this because I wanted a cheap bench for one single exercise: Bulgarian Split Squats because the pad is rectangular and the shape is straight and uniform. It’s always annoying using a bench with an angular back pad for split squats. The distance between your front foot and the bench changes when you switch sides. Enough on that. I wasn’t expecting much quality for under $50, but holy crap! This thing is solid! ZERO wobble, very decent quality. I’ve had way worse benches that cost more. No, it’s not a REP or a Rogue or a commercial bench, but I seriously dare you to find a better flat bench for cheaper. Shorter than most adjustable benches, which I prefer. Easy to move around. Assembly was a 5 minute breeze. If you need a solid little bench for a fair price point, buy this!
