I bought this roman chair to aid in my physical rehabilitation of my lower back, and so far it has worked great for me and my needs.It comes unassembled with each part individually wrapped. The nuts, bolts, and washers are also packaged in separate bags that are labeled. All parts needed to complete the build were included in the package I received. Instruction manual was straightforward and easy to follow. I assembled it solo, which took around 30-40 minutes. I would recommend using your own wrench if you have one though, as the wrenches included are thin, making it a bit tough to handle.The size of this roman chair works for me. I’m a male, around 5’9”-5’10” in height, and weigh about 155-160lbs. At the lowest height adjustment, the pads reach my upper quads, so I’m not sure if this particular roman chair would be easy to use for those who measure shorter in height without getting creative. Perhaps it could be possible to put something under your feet to combat this, but overall it works fine at my height without the need for additional equipment. Despite this possible negative for some, I appreciate that this particular roman chair has two separate pads with a gap in the middle, as it’s ergonomic for the male anatomy. This was one major reason I decided to buy this one in particular, as those with a single pad with no middle gap is uncomfortable for me.The quality and build for this roman chair seems durable. I’ve personally used it two times now, putting it through a variety of exercises, and it feels sturdy throughout each position and movement. It’s still early on, but it appears it’ll hold up for a while.For storage purposes, this roman chair is also great. There’s a pin you can pull out connected to the front leg, and it folds right up. For those limited on space, such as myself, this is an amazing feature to have. It makes it easy to store away somewhere when not in use without taking up nearly as much space as it would if it were stuck in one position. Additionally, it’s fairly lightweight, weighing in just a little over 20lbs, making it convenient to move around if needed.Overall, this roman chair was easy to assemble, works with my anatomy, holds up through the exercises I need for my physical rehabilitation, and stores nicely in my space when not in use.
