EXCELLENT customer service! Actually best I've had in years. TRX suspension trainer one strap was faulty and slipping. Contacted DB after Xmas period advised of issue & was immediately informed a replacement would be sent. I was shocked that they didn't ask for faulty one to be returned. Thought customer service like this didnt exist anymore! Now that's impressive and replacement arrived within a week.
