I bought this product online at Walmart for my seven year old daughter who recently started lacrosse. Although purchased at Walmart.com, it shipped from Focus Camera. When it arrived several of the springs were not attached. I tried with the help of a friend to reattach the very strong springs but was unable. I contacted Focus Camera and they said the product was shipped in an intact box from the manufacturer so I should contact the manufacturer. I contacted Champion Sports and they told me to buy a spring puller and fix it myself. (I still have this email!!) What type of company tells the consumer to go buy a tool to fix a product that arrived in less than perfect condition??? I said I had tried that with the help of a much more capable friend and the customer service woman said well that’s all we can do. She did mention sending me out a spring, which we both agreed would not be useful. This manufacturer does not stand by its products. BUYER BEWARE.
