Description WPS Super Stain Remover – high performance Haze remover, removes ghost image stains caused by residual ink, direct emulsion or capillary film with ease. This is a very powerful Stain remover which is used next from the pack. If you have screens with heavy ghosting we would recommend this product. Instructions for use :- Apply Super Stain Remover to both sides of mesh (for best results apply when screen is dry) with a brush. Alternatively you could use a squeegee, piece of card or plastic to cover the mesh in Super Stain remover. The Haze remover is a thick substance and some printers may find it difficult to apply with a brush. Allow to stand for 5 – 10 minutes only (longer periods can be detrimental to polyester mesh). Use a cloth to remove the Stain remover (dispose of the cloth responsibly) then rinse with water first gently, then use a high pressure water gun to completely remove mesh stains. Always wear PPE (Personal protective clothing) when using Super Stain remover – gloves, overalls, protective glasses etc.
